Suppressors, machineguns, short barreled rifles, short barreled shotguns, and AOWs are only allowed to be possessed in Texas if they are properly registered and transferred through the BATFE.  They can be transferred to you as an individual or to an existing entity under your control(LLC, LLP, PA...)  As of Spring 2010 the BATFE is taking eight to twelve weeks on average to process Form 4 transfers so please understand this before you start the purchase process.  I have no control over the BATFE and this is the only legal way to purchase and possess a suppressor, machinegun, short barreled rifle, short barreled shotgun, or AOW.  I only deal in properly registered NFA firearms, do not ask me if you can purchase something "without paperwork" or in any illegal manner.
